ART Ark Guest House is located in a quiet corner of Krasnaya Polyana, surrounded by beautiful mountains, within walking distance from all entertainment and tourist facilities of the village and the resort city of Sochi. The rooms and the territory of the State House "ART Ark" are decorated with designer products: paintings and jewelry by famous artists and craftsmen. There are a lot of extraordinary solutions in the interiors: there is no hotel minimalism here, it is cozy and sincere. The ART Ark State House provides everything for a comfortable and unforgettable stay: interesting and well-equipped rooms, common lounge areas on each floor, many selfie zones, the Epoch Museum. There are barbecue areas in the courtyard, for companies and for those who like to retire under a blanket with a cup of coffee and a book in their hands. There are photos of the zone: a real carriage in the style of Catherine II, characters based on the film Ivan Vasilyevich changes his profession, we have designer floor vases made in the workshop of the famous Zurab Tsereteli. Meals and a massage room are provided for our guests

Terms of stay

The guest house "ART Ark" has 10 rooms, decorated individually with the use of art objects. The rooms are double, triple and quadruple. The rooms are occupied by a paid number of people.

Booking cancellation	In case of impossibility of arrival for certain reasons, the money will be refunded: – in full - in case of refusal 14 days before arrival; – 50% - in case of refusal 7 days before arrival; – in case of refusal less than 7 days before arrival - the money will not be refunded.
The price includes	The price includes: - accommodation in a room, - indoor heated pool from 14:00 to 19:00. When the sauna is open, the pool is only for sauna visitors. - ironing board and iron (on request), - WI-FI - safe -alarm clock service - daily cleaning -toiletries, - one wash per day. Early check-in and late check-out are only possible if a room is available for an additional fee.
Barbecue area	On the territory of the guest house "ART Ark" there are 2 barbecues with all necessary equipment and a cauldron. They can be used for free. It is necessary to purchase only coal or firewood and liquid for ignition. It is strictly forbidden to bring food cooked on a campfire to the rooms. In the courtyard there is a well-groomed and beautiful territory where you can sit with the company.

Cancellation policy
